Eazy Diner is an app that’s designed for a really good
concept. Book restaurants in your neighbourhood. The main idea of the app is to book a restaurant and get exciting discounts on restaurants that aren’t true at all. I used the app personally, but I didn’t get any of those offers. First of all, I’ve put my position in the app that shows me all the restaurant that’s close to me and special. Discounts for each of them for a particular time. It has a range of restaurants, from budget-friendly to luxury restaurants. Based on the number of customers and prices, I booked a restaurant offering a 50% discount over the time from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and according to the terms and conditions of our arrival we reached there. Then we proceed to the booked
table and order various items according to the value in the menu. We enjoyed our food over there, and the main thing was that when the bill arrived, we were in surprise because there were no 50 per cent discounts and we were expected to pay the entire bill, so after calling the customer service, we came to learn that we had to upload the bill and the cashback would be given to us. After uploading, no such cashback was provided to us, and the customer services did not respond to us.
