There was two sim slots but only one can do work and I was irritated with this phone. Hence I claimed and I requested to return . But but but main thing was its returning policy .but the product inside the box was sony earphone but I ordered intex power bank.when I did complain to ebay first they didn’t reply to me upto 4 days after checking my ebay account ordered was automatically cancelled.how can my claim resolved without solving issue. I am regular buyer for ebay since years.Treat this as my final mail. I here with enclosed actual product details. I am recieving system generated mails but no response till date. poor service
