EBay.in used to rule online shopping before flipkart. After Flipkart, accept the truth that eBay India is almost about to be closed. They have very less man power, site is outdated, no new updates on mobile application. Some old trusted sellers and buyers have kept this website still up, but their pathetic customer support team and fraud transactions have stucked the money of trusted / new buyers shopping from eBay.in / eBay India. My recent issue, I keep ordering mainly from eBay.in Still now. I placed an order of Samsung J2 Smart Phone on 8th Oct 2016, till now, I haven’t received my parcel, nor my refund after opening an eBay Gurantee claim with EBAY INDIA. My Claim is still open, I have sent multiple emails, and unlimited calls and on-call interaction id’s Where I only get to listen is, YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE EBAY GURANTEE INTERNAL TEAM, THEY WILL CHECK YOUR ISSUE AND CONTACT YOU SOON. SO, you assume your money is stucked with eBay India with about a month, and also no product or any trusted reply from eBay that we are working on your issue. Biggest Funniest but serious part is, When you send an email to ebay@ebay.in or even you use their ebay.in contact us section to send a message, you get a bounce back stating the inbox is full. LOL / ANGRY emotion at same time. WHAT TO DO, ITS BETTER YOU aishwaryasingh23 EXTRA MONEY BUY IT FROM AMAZON OR FROM THE LOCAL SELLER ITSELF.
