Though e-commerce website provides the benefit of purchasing any amount product from home itself. But there are certain important concerns those are:
The response given after the delivery of the product.
Assurance about the product which is to be delivered and these aspects Ebay is not well founded.
This message I am able to convey because I have literally faced the worst experience with this e-commerce website.
I would like to share an incident which happened with me:
I do purchased a product from Ebay named USBasp though I received that product before the shipping date mentioned on their website. Then I found that it was not compatible with my PC(because of it’s driver which was not available with the order). Due to which I placed a complaint(through phone call) against that product they suggested me to contact from vendor of that product(IT MEANS THEY ARE NOT ASSURED ABOUT THE PRODUCT). After that I tried calling to that vendor for 2 days and at last by myself, I arranged the drivers and soldered some of the parts of USBasp.
So, I will advice to you not to buy product from ebay instead of it one can go with snapdeal, flipkart and amazon. Atleast these website are concertized about their products.
