I have placed my first order with eBay with the PaisaPay ID: 37279446360 . unfortunately I received the defective product . I tried to raise the complaint for the same they straight denied to raise the complaint .later on they raise the compliant . they emailed me to send the product back to them.
For which I replied that it wont be possible for me. and now they have emailed me that the claim is canceled . and what I have come to know is that they have sent the defective product intentionally . if they want some money they can ask it for me .
I can give to them easily . 900 - 1000 Rs/- is not a big deal for me . but they should ask for it they really don’t have any right to take money from anyone’s pocket . eBay want to keep my money let them keep it as alms.
