Online shopping is always fun where we can have variety of different products and websites to buy products.Popular online websites such as Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdea, Ebay etc.Among this ebay is the worst website to buy products. Ebay shows variety of products including clothes, Electronic gadgets, Books, utensils and many more.But no matter which product you buy they provide worst customer service.products are good but time for delivered is much. Couple of days ago I bought 3d polarized glasses.As usual they unable to delivered in given period of time.Although I got my product but time taken was more.Then I sort of open it and check whether they were working or not and they werent. I shocked and immidiately called customer care service.When they picked up call after 10 to 15 minutes I told them my problem and they were simply saying you have two choices whether you can replace it or refund. That time I thought why should I took risk again? Instead I told redfund.
For that I gave my all information along with reason for refunding.And procedure started. Later I got one email describing your refund will be transfered on your respective address after 7 to 8 days.
I wait and I got no response from them.I again called customer care and said that maybe some address issues your DD return back . Now you readers tell me If I got my product on correct address then what is the problem with DD.Maybe I thought this was fraud and I called CCS again and again and they were saying your procedure is in progress. In three I may called them 100 times and finally I got message saying your DD arrived on your address and took it.That is the moment I were happy. You wont believe date on DD is before three months.And they were just doing timepass.very worst service.
