I had recently ordered a samsung galaxy from ebay for my daughter.they shipped it around 5 days of ordering it.we received the phone after 10 days.
On receiving the parcel when she opened the phone she found the screen was broken.we immediately gave a call to the ebay customer service.
They said us that mechanical damage to phone is not under the warranty.we said them that we received the screen in broken condition and not that we have broken it.initially they were not at all ready to believe us.after much arguing they ultimately agreed to return the product.we really had a tough time with this phone
