I have been an old customer ebay. I buy from other sites as well. I would say that ebay is amongst the best in customer service. I have bought so many products from a 100 rupee thing to expensive products and I have always been satisfied with my purchases.
I would recommend ebay to anyone wishing to make an online purchase. Just keep an eye on various deals and seller ratings.
