Ebay was my favorite online shopping site before, but not anymore. The main attraction about ebay was it’s effective customer service, but now it’s just for the sake only, inefficient and pathetic.
I bought a cosmetic cream from ebay 6 months before which was worth Rs. 500. I never received the item but in my account it was showing as delivered. But it was never delivered to me so I called their customer service and raised a "ebayguarantee" claim.
But to my surprise my claim was rejected saying that the item was delivered to me, I asked them for the courier counterfoil signed by me, but what happened next was horrible, they just hung up the phone and blocked all calls to their customer service from my number.
I was engaged with something serious after that and was not able to follow up.
After couple of months I bought another item from ebay, but the case was same. Even after 20 days my item was not delivered, so I raised the refund request but even after 10 days I didn’t got any answer.
NOW I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT EBAY HAS SOME UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH THESE FRAUDULENT SELLERS AND THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THE BROAD DAY LIGHT.
EBAY IS A FRAUD ONLINE STORE RIGHT NOW, PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE MONEY.
