I am a regular shopper at Ebay India and have purchased close to a 100 different items here. I saw a number of negative remarks here and based on the fact that most people leave feedback only when they are unhappy about something, I thought I should leave a positive feedback here based on my experiences with Ebay india. To put it succinctly, Ebay India is simply the best online portal for shopping in India today. Its professional website and customer service is second to none.
The best part about Ebay is its very innovative feedback mechanism which keeps all the sellers on their toes to provide the best shopping experience to the customer. You get to interact directly with the seller and anything you don’t like is immediately taken care of, else the seller can get a negative feedback from you which ultimately brings down his sales.
Compared to any other website in India, Ebay easily stands apart as the best. The only point against it is perhaps its slightly higher fees compared to other shops, probably due to Ebay’s higher seller fees. But well, that’s what you pay for complete satisfaction.
