E bay is like Railway station road side stall selling fake products. So if you want to buy intentionally something duplicate only then choose E bay. Their E Bay guarantee is only to fool trusting buyers.
I bought L’Oreal shampoo conditioner combo as it was good discounted item and covered in E Bay guarantee so did not even bother to check seller return policy.
To my disappointing it was all fake products filled in original looking boxes. I could make out instantly from smell and texture as I am using these products for years. I tried contacting seller but he did not respond. Today called e bay only to know that’Quality Issues are not covered in E Bay guarantee’ I have thrown whole pack in dustbin as I dont want to spoil my hair using duplicate products.
