Ebay does not gets itself to the mark it should be. As a global player it mush have a standard but no ebay is just a profit making company. While you order there are every help to motivate you to buy with confidence, but when there is claim for refund, it fails.
Ebay guarentee says the problem will be sorted out within some days. If a claim is raised and the seller fails to provide the delivery report to ebay within 3 days, ebay will refund the amount to the buyer with no questions asked. Ebay also says the payment to the seller is made only successful delivery of the product but I havnt got my money back. Is ebay keeping the money itself if the product is not deliverd to the buyer because I havnt got my money back.
Flipkart is much better than ebay and I prefer it .but being such a large company ebay should keep its ground with good customer support and quick resolution. I have a claim but it yet unresolved even after one and half months. no response from the seller nor the ebay. ebay is pathetic!
My claim is just for RS .127 and they are not in a mood to refund, what if I had a claim of 20000 ? I have done shopping high value shopping on ebay(above 150000) and I take it really with suspect that Ill receive my order on time. Flipkart is at time is best. It takes your request seriously and does the needful rather quickly. I prefer flipkart over ebay.
And be rather serious while buying items with heavy prices? Check other sites and if possible make a cash on delivery payment, That is safest. I always do whenever there is a possibility at flipkart also. But I rely on Flipkart even if the amount is big.
