I am going to tell about my experience on ebay. I ordered the product in july 2017 and now its 2018 but I have not received the product yet.
Many time I also complaint about it. Called customer care but there was no right response from them.They always used to say your product is in the way. Attached payment proof also. I paid the payment but still I have not been refunded the payment.
I raised request for a refund, then he did not even give it and ebay seller respond me that your product will be delivered within 10 working days. But his 10 days were completed but my product did not come and after few day ebay customer care closed my request regarding my product.
This is my first order and I did not even get a product and neither refunded money.
