This is Mani from Bangalore & I request you all not to purchase any product from ebay, they are selling fake products in the name of original products.
Recently I have ordered a Samsung Original Batter for Galaxy Grand from ebay on Sep 1st 2015, they had mentioned the product is covered under eBay guaranty.
When I received the Battery on 7th Sep 2015 I noticed it was a fake product which was also not functioning as expected, I immediately raised a eBay claim, but they rejected claim with out resolving the issue saying the product is covered under manufacturer warranty & I should go to Samsung service center to claim.
When I went to Samsung they conformed that product is fake & its not original Samsung Battery, rejected my claim & also refused to issue any rejection letter as Product was fake.
When I call ebay customer care several time, they asks for all the History every time & tell’s the same story to contact Mfr or Supplier,
And the ebay Suppliers are still careless, In this case the Suppler is not at all coming on phone & Samsung is telling its the fake product.
ebay is trying to escape form the issue & not taking any responsibility, but they still sell fake product, Now I’m stuck & I lost my money which I Paid for purchasing the product.
So be extra careful when you want to purchase any product from ebay & never trust this website information.
