I ordered a juicer and within an hour he told me it was the wrong item. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order to be told that it had already gone out. I received the juicer and returned it the same day. To date, I have received no refund for this juicer and not even a response to my inquiry as to the reason this is unacceptable. There is so much competition now we don’t have to put up with poor service!
This is issue going on last 2 months. i’m pushing to one corner to another corner by ebay & seller. I dont know how to react for this issue. they’re cheating me by telling lies. Why I have to do all this follow up? Why can’t the seller or ebay contact directly to the courier company & verify?
