Friends Ebay is the not good site for shopping compared with other online shopping sites
Ebay is costiest comparing with flipkart and amazon
Coming to goods it shows nice images but the product after getting to us is not good quality, the images are not but quality is poor I ordered badminton net the image of that net is super but quality is worst and in ebay we cant even return product to them its a time taking process in ebay while returning
ebay does not have cash on delivery we should pay money in online only and the delivary time is very late they take 10-15 days for delivery
The app is also not good its somewhat difficult to use the app and the product description is not clear.The customer service is not good they only speak english language and they doesn’t have patience also while listening to our complete problem
Overall performance of ebay is not good comparing with other sites because the product description is not clear, the delivery time is late and it does not have cash on delivery
