Been selling on eBay’s for year. Sold an item, pictures showed some scratches on watch. The d-bag who lives in AZ had an issue with item ( dusty) , we offer him $20 & he accepted. Money was sent through PayPal but the d-bag never accepted the money. This d-bag complained and EBAY gave him full refund of $66 plus allowed to keep item! Sent him some nasty emails telling him he was a scam artist and the d-bag has not returned any emails.
