I’m truly disappoint with the service of ebay. I just ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 1 phone battery. It had to deliver within 2 weeks but it was delivered after 3 weeks.
I just talked to the customer care and they only told that they were sorry for the late in delivery.
When the battery delivered it had a bad built quality and very lose packaging. So please be alert before you buying anything from eBay.
The service of there courier partner DTDC( door to door courier) is also not good. There tracking details are not clear and there website’s user interface is low quality. So it should improve.
At last I want to say one thing that the ebay has less items as expected by me. So they need to increase their sellers.
