EBay has lost its appeal. Need to change and get innovative. There are good products but the layout and everything on Ebay is not appealing like it used to be when it started. Need to diversify.
Looked up for old coins and pet products but could not find a good deal at all. Either fishy talks or not good even info or just way too exorbitant for the worth of the product. Authenticity, dont know if it can be guaranteed by EBay. Would love to get to know about that.
Lot of room for improvement is needed. Need to think out of the box to come up with solutions to improve customer service.
