This review comes in the backdrop of other purchase experiences I made with other online sites, though my review will not be truly relative.
I recently purchased Canon 550d with 18-55 mm lens for the least prices on ebay.in (since I have been running through several other sites for a better price however my efforts were futile). Initially I was little sceptical about ebay.in because of the poor reviews I had seen here yet I went for it after skimming through the multiple positive feedback given for the seller on ebay.in
I purchased through making a credit card payment on a Friday and my product was there at my doorstep on Wednesday evening (even after taking into account of the business holiday on Monday).
About the seller - I had never come across any seller like modenterprisespvtltd who had been responsive to my e-mails and calls. Few times the seller himself contacting me for clarifying my doubts. All brownie points to the seller.
Experience with ebay.in support team - Certainly it needs a revamp. Calling them on the customer car number puts you on hold indefinitely. E-mail responses takes more than 48 hours. I didn’t encounter any problem with the payment or shipment, hence could not comment much on these aspects.
Product - Adhered to the specifications.
