I had many incidents with Ebay.in to say this is worst online e-commerce site over all.
Customer Service:
One of the worst customer service that eBay have. If you rise a ticket they will simply close the ticket with out investigation and directly send a message that your ticket has been resolved. I have got a broken kitchen ware set so I have raised a ticket against that order. Customer service team has closed the case and mentioned that your ticket is not as per guidelines so we are closing your ticket.
Product Quality:
Ebay has very poor and fake sellers. Sellers sometimes send you old and refurbished products and if you raise a ticket ebay will simply rejects and gives a free advise that product has manufacturer warranty so please contact your nearest authorized service center.
Most of the product have damages and will be in non working conditions.
Delivery Timeliness:
Ebay will take at least 7-10 working days to process your order. I had this wait time 3 times and I had waited more than 8 days for same city delivery.
Ebay has to approve your payment and then they need to intimate their seller’s to ship the products and seller’s will take some more days to ship the products and some seller’s go to local courier partners to save some money.
App & Websites:
Ebay has very old and complexity UI in both App and Websites. I have seen this UI in past 10 years abd still Ebay has same UI in their Website.
Our current top e-commerce sites have very good and user-friendly app and websitea that they will assist you in ordering the products, raising the complaints and many more.
Reliability:
You can’t trust this website after ordering 2, 3 products and this is not trustworthy website
