Some of the items of the order placed are missing

I have placed the order via ebay PaisaPay id 37989595628 on 1/12/2014 for Camera from Croma online - oddlotselectronics(as listed on ebay)

I have received the product but some of the items as mentioned on the box(as mentioned by the company) are missing. As per the items mentioned on the box I am supposed to receive the following items as part of the standard contents of the box

SD Card
Charger
Pouch

But I only received the SD card and the charger and Pouch are missing. I have sent then a screenshot of the image that clearly shows these items as part of the box.T

Never thought that ebay will behave in such cheap manner
