Irresponsible people - Poor service

I love to shop online and I use online retail sites very often like Ebay.com, I order my products after comparing on all competitor sites. But my personal experience with ebay is not good at all.


I was looking for my mobiles tempered glass online and it was not available on other retail sites but it was available at ebay at reasonable price so it was my first time when I was about to order something from there.


I successfully created my account on their portal and added product to the cart then after I made the payment and got the message that your order has been received and will be delivered by 10th June 2017, it was the date given to me which was 5 days later to the date of purchase.


I waited till 7th June and I was surprised to see my product was still under shipment it was not yet dispatched so at the same time I called customer care and asked them have you forgot to ship it or what is going on there. At this speed how will I get my product on 10th June. Executive asked me to wait for 24 hours it will be shipped.


Next day I received an message that your product has been shipped and it was 8th of June. Now lets come to 10th june I was waiting for the delivery boy call but it became 7:00 Evening I did not receive any call. Again I called customer care and asked them the same question.this time I was surprised to listen what that guy said to me, he told me that your shipment is not yet dispatched to your region office its under process. Then I asked him that what about the commitment you people are giving to your customer if you can not deliver it on time. Really worst service I was so frustrated that day. Agent asked me to wait for 48 hours means 2 days and he put it on priority.


Now it was 9th day after my checkout and I did not receive my product but this time I decided to not call customer service I wrote a mail to the ebay department but did not get any revert on my concern for more than 48 hours.


Now it was 11th day and I got a revert from ebay they apologized and sent a system generated mail to me. But fortunately at evening I get the call from delivery boy and got the product on 11th day.


It was worst experience for me and it was first and last time I purchased something from this portal.
