SI bought an’brand new’ iPhone 4S on 31st December 2014 to gift to my father. In just a few weeks the display got lost.
Obviously stunned, we went to the apple certified service centre to get the phone examined. We were stunned to find from the store that this phone is out of any warranty as it was sold in U.S. Back in 2011!
It was only refurbished - that too by an unauthorized service centre and sold to us again as a’brand new’ phone! When I called eBay - at least 6 times over last 4 wks, all they kept saying is that they only guarantee a product for 30 days!
None of these thugs is taking responsibility for selling us a’duplicate’ refurbished phone in the first place! THIS IS STUNNING SENSE OF IRRESPONSIBILITY, for a company based out of US! PLEASE NEVER USE EBAY! They will cheat you at the first opportunity. Guess what - they don’t even care.
