I’m not a big Ebay fan and usually come to this site searching for products when I don’t find it elsewhere OR want to compare the best prices available with other sellers. Have ordered a few products since I registered and the incident to share is the recent one.
I ordered a Goospery Case/Cover for Samsung Galaxy handset. The product was accurate and was delivered on time (infact one day early) however, the part worth mentioning is that because the order was prepaid (not COD), the courier guy who came to deliver their product dropped the item with my building security watchman.
The courier company didn’t even bother to call/inform me about the delivery and simply updated their website. My watchman is honest and gave it to me after 5 min of delivery and I was taken aback with this kind of attitude from the delivery company! :)
Anyways no regrets ordering it from eBay. Just improve your delivery channel and you have a good future ahead. THANKS!
