The item has ordered in eBay with 1250/- paid from credit card and delivered it Bangalore after 7 days.
while receive the item it has been noticed that the item is not useful with its manufacturing issues. So claimed for refund as mentioned in eBay guarantee.
After 3 days asked me to send photos of damaged item and uploaded. later asked to send the item by courier to Mumbai within 48 hours , while approaching courier service they demands 2300/- so could not return it and asked ebay to recive the item from their side.Now eBay says time limit ends and the refund canceled.
