04-Nov-2014: I got a call from some rep. who said that I don’t have to send back the cable and that I would receive a 10% extra worth coupons.
I told her it wouldn’t work for me.
She offered a refund of the paid amount only within the next 6-8 working days!
I said that I don’t appreciate this, first you have taken my money, sent me a defective product and now I have to wait for the refund all for no fault of mine.
To which she said that I should listen to her and REPEATED THE SAME THING!
