I purchased a slowstar4 juicer from the US ebay site. The plastic screen broker the 1st time I used it. I learnt the 12 year warranty doesn’t cover postage of parts & admin fees. Which would have costs lots more if the unit itself broke. The ebay supplier & manufacturer didn’t seem to care that their product broke the 1st time it was used, they just wanted more money. I called ebay & they explained step-by-step what I needed to do. Taking pic’s & trying to negotiate with the seller & even getting the postage quote before I returned the juicer. The seller was emailing lies & even telling me I’d loose 15% + shipping if I returned it. I did exactly what ebay said & got a full refund ( including shipping costs) the day after the seller received the juicer back. Thanks Ebay! : )
