I live in USA and working in China.  I bought something and it was going to my home in USA.  Ebay flagged my purchase and canceled what I had bought.  I called Ebay and they flagged the account because they did not recognize the computer location.


They also locked me out of my account and had to change my ebay and paypal passwords and they suggested changing my email password.  I also asked them to confirm that they cancelled my order and they said that they did cancel it (when in reality they did not cancel my order).  I went on line and bought same item again.  When it got to the house I got two now instead of one.


Ebay took NO responsibility for the screw up other than a $15.00 coupon to use on my next purchase and the coupon expires in 30 days.  They also later tried to claim that they did not tell me that they cancelled my order so I had to refer them to THEIR email and tell them which paragraph to read before they sort of believed me.  One tried to tell me it did not really mean what it said.


Bottom line the seller said he would take the item back for $10.00 less than what I paid and I have to pay for return shipping.  It only took 5 phone calls to ebay and one email to the seller to get a $15.00 coupon that I most likely won’t get a chance to use before it expires.


Ebay is a Joke!!!!!
