I have purchase a product from this site. Ebay does not offer a quickcustomer service! I returned an item because it was not as described. Being small and light I sent it back by courier. At first the seller denied receiving this return so I left a negative feedback. She then twice offered to refund but only on condition that I remove the negative feedback - this amounts to blackmail and surely not something eBay would undone.Then No Product and no money. I was fooled by Ebay. The only answer I got is "we have rules".
