I am monrup gogoi from assam, india. I had a very bad experience with ebay india. four or five month ago I sold a mobile phone in ebay which was asus zenfone 2 , which have 3gb of ram and 16 gb of rom. but after that the customar raise a claim that he has received a mobile with 2gb of ram , and the matter goes to ebay varification department. after that I talk to ebay and told them that thay can varify this matter with the IMEI number of phone. but they refused to varify that way and asked me to submit some pictures from website as a proof. and I submitted 4/5 pictures from asus website along with my invoice where it clearly mantioned that phone has 3gb of ram. but again ebay did not take my proof seriously and close the matter in byers favour. I
suggest u all plz dont bye or sell anything in ebay.
