NEVER BUY FROM EBAY - THEY SELL FAKE OR USED PRODUCTS - PENNY SAVER POUND FOOLISH - A PERFECT EXAMPLE FOR CUSTOMERS OF EBAY- THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN THEIR PRODUCT.
I bought iPhone 5S from Ebay. The phone looked ok but on 2nd day when I was charging that phone, A message popped up on my IPHONE - "The cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this phone" Since then I am contacting EBAY and they are shying away for 3 weeks. They sell fake products - PLS DONT BUY FROM EBAY. THEY DONT EVEN STAND ON THEIR OWN TERMS I.E., GUARANTEE. Now they are telling me that you reship the phone to seller. Why I should reship when they have given me fake product? What if seller says that the phone was not in BOX after receiving it. I am telling them to come and collect your phone but they are not even doing that after supplying fake product. I am taking legal action against them.
