The design of the app and website is good. It takes some time for the product to get delivered as it is an international company. When we will browse through the site it seems that all products are real and of high quality but actually the quality of the product is mostly very bad. However the customer care fine and is available 24 hours a day. Overall I would not suggest you to buy from Ebay.

My Personal Experience -
I had ordered a Samsung 32 GB memory card as it was available for just Rs 200. At that time I thought that I have grabbed a very good deal. But when I got the delivery I was shocked to see that it was fake. I could easily remove the colour by rubbing the memory card. The cards were not working properly. They were very slow. Then I returned the product and got the refund. But I lost my trust on Ebay.
