Received the broken and used Cover for Lenovo A600

I have received the broken and used Cover for Lenovo A6000, I have paid for new one not for used and broken...

This is worst experience I have with Ebay ever... Kindly refund my amount and collect your case. Ebay is very poor poor poor site don’t trust it ebay.
