since very next day of receiving the product m continuously in touch with there CC.every time explaining the matter to a new person.
I received a FAKE power bank & returned the item to seller as told by ebay grievance department(telephonic).also sent proof of dispatch+ proof of delivery to ebay .received a confirmation of the same from ebay .but since then no sign of a call-back or refund .everytime I call up they give me a wait time of 24-72 hours depending on the mood of CCE.
this is heights of test of tolerance of a customer by a shopping website .i have never ever faced such bad CC team ever, even with small local e-commerce sites .
it must be a great news for Fake product manufacturers, those can sell there items on ebay easily.because not every customer is as tolerant as I have been, everyone will giveup within a few days & seller can earn a lot by selling fake .
for all online buyers-plz go for reputed eCommerce sites .don’t fall for fake items luring offers on ebay india .there is no after sales customer support at all trust me .u will regret .
