Ebay is a loyal online shopping platform. I often use ebay for electronic products. Recently I ordered a bluetooth speaker from ebay and was fully satistfied with the product. It was a unique design speaker with FM and bluetooth and sd card. It costs me Rs 999. I searched it on many other platforms but it was not available except ebay.in. You can get many electronic products on ebay which are rare in market. The customer service is also good. The delivery service is average. Ebay is very old company and loyal to customers. For each product purchased you have to send feedback for sellers so that other customers can know the reality. This service of feedback is not available in other indian marketplaces. I always prefer ebay for electronic products. You can also get second hand products at cheap prices. Currently flipkart purchased ebay and now it is under flipkart. Hope the service continue in the same manner as it is now.
