Recently I order a laptop battry from Ebay, unfortunitly the battry is not in working condition. I tried several times to return the product but its retun policy is that much bad and confusing that. I did’t submit the complain. even I try to call customer care office they did’t pickup the call.
No response from the customer care, I called up and waiting more than 10min. but no response. even I email regarding to this. please fix your return policy its not helpful for us.
