Let me tell you something about eBay, if u order/buy anything from eBay all you need to do is pray. Just pray that you will get the right product.
Actually ebay is not so bad but their sellerd are the worst.This is one of the popular online selling platform like Amazon.It may be one of the best in world but when it comes to India I dont know what to say.Reasons are following
1.They provide one of the worst customer service and it has been like that from Last 1 year.I rememer I ordered a keyboard of Redgear brand which is actually a professional gaming keyboard and was not available at any other websites at that time.So I decided to buy and paid through my credit card.
2.After the payment it said that it will be delivered with in 8-10 days where it actually took them more than 15days which was really frustrating.
3.I was expecting a gaming keyboard with some shortcut keys as mentioned in the feature list but it wasn’t working and not suitable for my windows 10. The quality of the product was very bad bcoz 2-3 keys didn’t work after a week.
4.I called customer care to return this. It took like 15 mins to answer my call and I had to go through a long process.According to the policy I hav to write down a letter to the seller for return.If the seller approves your request then only you will get refund.
I did everuthing they asked and was rejected by Seller in the end.So yeah that was like a nightmare for me.
