Ebay surely have got the name over the internet which attracts lot of people and I was one of them. After using eBay I am really sad about my experience. The products they show over the net are no where close to the actual thing. There service is poor along with very rude and uneducated costumer care support. I want to share my experience regarding a product I ordered. I ordered branded two watches from them which were costing me over Three Thousand. When I received the product, one watch was damaged and other was not looking like genuine product. I complaint the same to eBay but they were least interested to know my part of the story. They refused to take back the product and also refused to assist over it. This was a shocker for me. Even while on Costumer support call they kept me hold for over 15 mins and at end I had to disconnect. They are very poor and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
