I was cheated by ebay.I bought a powerbank’Xiomi powerbank 10400mah’ and it was delivered on 11-5-2015 and on the day of delivery I found the item has manufacture defect, as I had a doubt in the weight of it, i opened power bank and I saw that no battery was connected to main.when I opened battery, i say the battery contains full of sand and I contacted with ebay for the refund of money.
They said that in 2 weeks money will be refunded.I waited 1 month and no money was refunded, i again contacted many times with ebay but they everytime says’money will be refunder in 5-10 days for more than 5 times.when I contacted them for last time on september they said that to wait 4 days again.
