One of the worse online shopping site in India is ebay.in. As per my experience this site has nothing about customer service. I think they don’t need customer so why should they invest in customer service. The response timing is too poor that even you forgot about the complain. Though it’s parental company(ebay.com) did very well in there country but ebay.in is a disaster.
One of the worse part of this company is, it’s product and product quality. They have nothing, which may increase your interest. The products are too bad in looks, design and quality. Whether the price is low or high but the product quality remain same. Products are very dull looking which has nothing to attract you. the variety of the products are also very very average.
Once, I ordered a phone accessory, they confirm my order and give me the delivery date. I was waiting for the delivery, but it did not came. I tried to contact with customer service center but they did not response me. I am waiting for the delivery till now. This is a small example of there delivery timeliness and service.
The website and app is very basic. The loading speed is quite good. But you can find the difference between the product shown in the website with actual one. The app is also the copy of the same.
Personally I did not find reliability in ebay.in, they has no accountability with their customer. The products are average and in some cases worse. If you think that you can get your product as per the deadline given by them, than I said please forget the product. And if you want refund, you will find that no one even listen to you from ebay.in.
