If you call on ebay care number they will pickup the call after 30 mintues so that is very bad from they have to improve this and if you mail ebay simply they will not reply you

I ordered many thinks from ebay but from past 1 year the quality of products become cheaper and many times they delivers wrong products
RETURN POLICY
The return and Exchange policy of ebay is only of 7 days which is very less compared to other sites and sometimes they refuse to return or replace so that is very bad from ebay
VERDICT
I will not recommend ebay for shopping in india because of their bad customer support and return policy
