Hi, Friends, I would like to share my shopping experience with ebay India.
I had bought a walkie talkie to gift it to my child on his birthday.At first I was happy with the service as the item was received in 4-5 days in perfect condition. I gifted the same to my son on his birthday and he was very happy.
Unfortunately the next day when we put on the batteries one of the hand set was not working which was embarrassing.
Immediately we evoked the e-bay guarantee and soon after 2-3 days we received a call from e-bay that we will receive a coupon worth 110% of the value for further buying and we need not send the junk back.
As we did not receive any response even after 2 weeks I wrote a mail which went unreplied and again sent a reminder after 4-5 days to which we received a mail having the coupon code which was valid for 6 months. I did not use the coupon & it expired so I can not comment further on it.
After a few months again I bought another product and I am not satisfied with the quality of the product also.
The quality of vendor’s is a big question mark is my observation.
