I purchased a product(JABRA Bluetooth headset) having product Id: 151229397877. I have been trying contacting the vendor(seller) piyushchopra9891 as stated in ebay, but he never responded so I was little concerned and contacted ebay to find out why the product is not shipped and credibility of seller, they said they cannot help and if the seller cannot ship the product on 6th day the system will generate the refund!
Within 4 days of payment, I got a message from the seller(piyushchopra9891) that he is not getting any support from ebay, hence he asked me to cancel the order as he will not send the product.
I called up EBAY to process the refund(after forwarding the same email received on EBAY platform), however they are insisting that they need an email from the seller only, and then only they can process the refund!
I am shocked by the response as they are playing with my money. I urge people not to use EBAY, we have various websites which are much better in terms of policy and understanding. This ebay is a cheating platform.
Mr Rahul(floor supervisor in ebay seems to be illiterate) will just give you stereo type response for every question.
