Initially I bought Sony Xperia mobile. They cheated me by providing the duplicate mobile totally unsealed and it was mentioned that I’ll also get bluetooth headset free which they did not send at all. After raising the claim it took more than to two months to sort out the issue and finally they did not provide any solution and closed the claim by simply saying it is a technical issue.
I do not want to take chance for gadgets so I ordered a case for my ASUS Fonepad 7 tab in the listing it is shown as brand ASUS and what I have received is iBall which does not suit for my tab at all. When I raised a claim they said the claim team will get back to us in 7 days. This is totally crap. They post on site saying ebay guarantee 100% replacement/refund and they never find solution favoring customer.
