I wonder why ebay still exists in ecommerce.They lost their shine years ago. Now a days it becomes one of the worst online shopping site.Recently I bought Micromax canvas phone from ebay but that was faulty. It’s camera was not focussing the things so the captured picture came out to be blurred. So I returned back the product to the seller but my refund has not been approved yet. It has been almost 2 months but no revert from ebay. Everytime I call ebay customer service they told me to wait for 24 hours we will call you but actually they never called me. Ebay is totally a worst shopping site which permits to sell fake and damaged products all the time. Ebay does not provide transparency to the customers. The return and replacement policy is worst and non resolvable. I have been seriously shocked with the website’s response so, I strongly advice you all not to purchase anything from ebay as it is selling fake products and unfortunately you will lose your money on the products which are not original at all.
