CUSTOMER SERVICES- Here I am sharing an experience with ebay. I bought an product to related mobile phones so when I get that I surprised and what I saw it’s a broken mobile phone and not to use anymore suddenly, I call to ebay that your product is damage and not for use so they told we will check that and will give you revert soon. so I said alright but after a week they didn’t replied at all. and didn’t replace it.
PRODUCT QUALITY- Product quality according to me it was poorer than poor totally waste of money.
DELIVERY TIMELINESS- Delivery time was also not good when I ordered after 10 business working days they shipped the product.
APP & WEBSITES - App was good to use but product quality was worst. So guys I will suggest you don’t go for it and go for another any website.
RELIABILITY- Was also not good.
Dear Friends I must tell you one thing about the ebay .
Ebay will not give you any kind of satisfaction regarding their product.
