We all know that ebay.in is a well known online selling company but my experience with this company is like a nightmare. I bought a charger for my laptop online on 28 june 2017, I did my payment online, I got confirmation that my product will be delivered in 4 days, luckily I got it in four days as they said, I was happy coz they delivered the item at said date, I opened it and connected it to my laptop and finally my laptop is on, I was happy atleast now I can do my pending work but my happiness dint last long coz when I connected it next day to my lappy its not charging it anymore, I tried every trick so that it can charge my lappy but it dint worked, I felt very bad I called on their toll free number they said me to contact seller coz they only give sellers warranty, when I called seller he said that today is holiday unfortunately that was sunday, I called him next day and told him everything about that charger he said not to worry we will replace it but u have to courier back that charger, I told him that u send your person I dont have time to courier it then he said that if u dont courier it we will not gonna replace it, I said to him "Agar mere paas itna time hota to online order kyun karta jaakar market se nahi le aata."
He said ok do one thing take my charger and give me 400rs. more, I laughed at him and told him to keep his charger with him ill talk to ebay supprot. I was very angry that time and finally I called their toll free number they told me that I can get refund for that I have to do the formalities, they send me a mail and told me to follow it, I did the same but after such a long time im still waiting for my refund. I suggest all buyers plz be alert while buying anything online.
