As a buyer I find eBay to be one of the most bad company. I was angry by a seller who sold out-of-date merchandise and after complaining to eBay the seller is still selling out-of-date product. When I left negative feedback eBay removed it and I had to pay for postage to return item that should not have been sold in the first place.
As a seller in the last few weeks I have found to my horror how the buyers can lie about receiving a product that is not faulty and get me as a seller to pay for getting the item back - thus making me lose money in postage both ways.
