There was a time Ebay is the one the best and most used online retailer in the world. but they are not improving their self that why the ranking of the ebay is going down day by day their services, product and the replacement policy is so worst in the online retailers.
One day I seen on google they will give 32 GB of Memory card in just Rs. 350 and I was ordered it and this is my first purchase on ebay, when they delivered my product and then I used it 32 GB memory card it is not read by the phone I tried in many phones but not working.
Same day I call them and tell the problem they registered my complaint and it will take 6 day to call back after they call me and tell give us your product photographs and I click 5 to 6 photos and send it on their replacement mail id given by them.
After 15 day they call and said this is not a product ebay delivered you I am totally shocked and tell me we are not refund you so sorry. I can’t understand what am I doing now, I tell them that is your mistakes give me my refund and they will refuses and cut the call.
This is my true Incident happened with me so please guy if you are planning to buy something on ebay they I must say dont buy anything.
